       An Oral English Test will be included as a part of the College English Test. Is a Oral English Test Necessary ? This is a hot discussion for a long time . And , how do you think ? People's opinions are always utterly divided.
       Some people think that it is necessary .First of all , English is an international language and they believe that this language will become more and more important in China .Secondly, good at English makes you keep pace with the times and is a beneficial preparation to go abroad in the future.
      However, other people stand on a very different ground. They would rather spend more times to study major subjects.
