  To attract young people in the first place we must supply them with interesting magazines and books．I suggest a poster outside announcing subjects 0f interest，such as music，films，video，football and So on．Magazines should be Sold at a special introductory price for first—time customers．Once they have come int0 the shop they will then see the 0ther attractions．
  
  Operate an exchange program where they can trade old books for new ones at a special price．
