  　　A recent survey shows that the health of the students in our school has been going from bad to worse in the past three years
  
  　　According to the survey, the most noticeable are the numbers of nearsighted students and those suffering from the lack of sleep, increasing from 80% in 2002 to 90% in 2005. Perhaps that is because students are working too much time over their lessons inside the classroom. However, the greatest change falls upon the 16% more of overweight students, and what worries us most is the increasing number of mentally unhealthy students.
  
  　　In my opinion, schools should develop more activities to allow a more pleasant life for the students, while students themselves should have more outdoor sports and a balanced diet to develop physically well.
