  Working Individually or Working in a Team
  　　There are basically two ways to get work done. ……
  　　Considered as working individually and working in a team, they have many differences when compared to each other.
  　　It seems to become a current trend that more people prefer working individually. As far as they’re concerned, not only does it strengthen their characters of making a decision decisively, but it also teaches them how to face a problem, which creates the word DIY.
  　　Others argue that only working in a team can they learn something useful from companions by heated discussions. More importantly, efficient comes from co-operation, along with the right solution.
