Health is important to everyone .Doing sports can help us to stay fit ,although we busy studying for the last test.
All kinds of sports can make people relaxed from hard work .They are good for our health ,Doing sports Can keep people away from diseasea .It can make our life colorful.As the graduating students,,we need good rest and clear minds after studying for a long time ,Playing ball games ,swimming ,runningand many kinds of sports can help us ,as well ,We need strong and healthey builds to go for studying and living .We know Beijing will hold the 29th Olumpic Games and many foreigners will gather in China .We should shou our health and wealth to them.
No matter who you are ,remember :Health is better than waalth! Doing sports can help you stay fit.
