       Usually,we can see many kinds of western fast-food in our lifves, so as KFC、McDonalds、Piazz .However, why are western fast-food so popular and successful in Chinese food market,and why do so many people prefer western fast-food to Chinese food ? 
       I think there are many rensons for this dramatic performance.First,Many Chinese people are very curious to foreign fast-food.Second, these food have a good credit in services .
  Third,a number of new thoughts are applied in fast-food. 
        As far as i see,these factors also bring Chinese food industry a big challenge and a shock .An the same time we should improve and enhance the fast-food industry in every place。
