About living alone—共三篇
第一篇:
These days the quick pace of modern life and the fierce competition have forced middle-aged Chinese people to pay more attention to their own work. This leads to more and more teenage students living by themselves.
The phenomenon may not be so worrying as it seems, since living alone develops one’s ability to deal with things by themselves and helps them become more responsible for themselves.
However, we still have good reasons to argue against the action to leave children alone. First, it will be a disaster for children who haven’t learnt to behave responsibly without supervision. Next, children may feel less love and warmth form their parents, leading to their distrust for others and a lack of communication. It’s also a problem that children would have to arrange their daily life by themselves, and what if they have health problems?
Judging from the above, it’s necessary for children to become more independent, but it’s better if parents share more time with their children who are living alone.
