我对商业精神的观点(my wiew on the soul of the business)

• 商业精神本质是一种价值观念和道德规范，它的建设，也就必须符合价值观和伦理自身发展的规律性。一般的讲，它的构建需要经过如下的过程：
  灌输。对于现代商业精神需要认知。因此可以用传授知识的教学方法进行商业精神教育，这也可以称为商业精神灌输。
  熏陶。人们需要通过审美活动来完善关于商业精神的审美心理结构，因此陶冶情操更应集中于下列几个方面：有针对性的文艺欣赏、商业活动中人伦景观的审美、环境美学设计造成潜移默化的影响。
  约束。商业精神的核心是职业道德，而这只能依靠职业道德规范的约束，包括外来的舆论、纪律、制度等他律性的约束，以及自身的道德信念和价值观等自律性的约束，然后才能最终形成职业道德习惯。
  修养。通过反思自身职业生活中的行为，进行审美评判，从而自我调整有关商业精神的内在审美心理结构，达到自我完善的目的。
  总之，借助于商业精神的灌输、熏陶、约束和修养，交替使用认知的和审美的两种手段，构成有效的商业精神教育过程，能比较好地完成商业精神构建的任务，达到构建商业精神的最终目的。
